Delivery
Delivery should normally take between 4 and 6 working days, if there is a problem delivering any particular product within this time we will notify you by sending an email to the email address supplied in your order and in some cases orders may be shipped to you in instalments at no extra packing and postage cost to you.
Packing and postage costs are:
Orders under and up to £25.00 - P&P Cost: £2.00
Orders over £25.00 and up to £50.00 - P&P Cost: £3.50
Orders over £50.00 and up to £100.00 - P&P Cost: £5.00
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases you may return them for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days to: Barker Brentwood Ltd, Northbridge House, Elm Street Business Park, Burnley, Lancashire, BB10 1PD. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange incomplete multipacks. Customers statutory rights not affected. We cannot be responsible for return postage or any items that fail to reach us.
